Where Do I Get an ID Card?

Below are the three different types of ID cards available and where you can obtain each type.

For a VA Healthcare ID Card:

Clarksville VA Clinic
Walk-in Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 0730-1600
Fort Campbell VA Clinic
Walk-in Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 0730-1600 (closed for lunch 1230-1300)

For a DoD ID Card:

Fort Campbell DEERS ID Card Facility
By appointment only. Visit the RAPIDS Appointment Scheduler to book an appointment.

For a TN State ID Card:

Veterans Driver License
Authorizes veterans to add a service designation on their driver license. Click here to find a Driver Service Center near you.

As of September 2022, all new Veteran ID Cards are digital. If you already have a physical Veteran ID Card, you can continue using it to get discounts.
