Public Records Requests

Requests for Public Records are processed under the Tennessee Public Records Act. Records are available, by request, to Tennessee Citizens.

 

To submit a request online for Montgomery County Sheriff's Office records, use the link below and fill out the online form.

Law Enforcement Background Checks and Government Agency Requests should be submitted to our Records Division. Please include a copy of your Agency ID and Release of Information Form, if applicable.
