Brittany Bonilla

As a HRBP for the County, my role serves as a vital partner and liaison with operating departments to execute and/or support HR functions such as Oracle HCM (human capital management) workflow, HCM data oversight and ORACLE transactional guidance. Additionally, my focus is to provide support for health benefits administration and policy/procedure inquiries.

As your HR Business Partner, my primary goal is to help employees enroll in and understand the County's benefits program and various employee leave programs. I am here to ensure employees feel confident in their benefits selections and coverages so that they can focus on other areas of their personal and work lives.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, my primary role is to foster a learning environment, both in-person and computer-based, that ensures County employees are trained for success in their role by completing training and remain in compliance throughout their employment. 

Being part of your Human Resources team means that I provide support in benefits administration, policy/procedures and any other project or task that needs attention. 

 

Lamar Walker, FPC

Payroll Specialist

I work as an administrative professional responsible for maintaining payroll systems and processing paychecks according to schedule and in the correct amount. My duties include consolidating timesheet information and entering data into payroll databases, auditing paycheck amounts and confirming that our payroll system distributes funds to employee accounts. What I do ensures that our employees are compensated properly and in a timely manner so that they can care for their families and, in turn, continue their work in support of Montgomery County.

My primary duties focus on full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing prospective candidates, hiring and onboarding employees for all departments within Montgomery County Government.
