Circuit Court

On July 27, 2011, the Supreme Court adopted a set of legal forms and instructions for use in divorce cases that do not involve minor or dependant children as universally acceptable and legally sufficient for use in all Tennessee Courts, pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 52.

If you will be filing your divorce in Montgomery County, you are to file them with the Clerk and Master's Office located in the Montgomery County Courts Complex, #2 Millennium Plaza, in Clarksville, where they will be assigned to the appropriate Court / Judge.

Later this Fall. the following website will have PDF fillable forms available for your use - www.justiceforalltn.org
