Upcoming Clerk and Master Sales

 

 

On occasion the Clerk and Master is appointed by the Chancellor to auction properties.  The property is sold to the highest bidder who is required to remit 10% of the purchase price to the Clerk and Master's Office on the day of the sale with the remaining balance due within 30 days as long as there are no raised bids or objections. Any raised bid after the sale must be 10% more than the highest bid. If the bid is raised, the Clerk and Master will schedule another auction date and begin the bidding at the raised bid price.

 2624 Arthur’s Court sold for $220,600.00.  There is a 10 day raised bid period which will expire on May 20, 2024 at 12:00pm CST.  Anyone wishing to raise the bid must raise the bid by at least 10% which would be $242,660.00 and would have to deposit $24,266.00 with us. If the bid is raised there will be a second auction which will be a final auction.  The date of the second sale will be determined when/if the bid is raised.  If someone is interested in raising the bid or bidding on the second auction they will have to register on the GovEase website before the second sale.
