Enter the beginning and ending sales date, both of which are required to perform a sales search. You also have the option of entering a minimum and maximum sales amount, as well as, limiting your search to a specific subdivision, year built or specific property type. Once clicking the "Search Sales Data" button all sales throughout the county meeting the criteria entered will be returned.

When entering the beginning and ending sales dates the format is as follows:

• MM/DD/YYYY
  (i.e. ~ 07/14/2012)

When entering mimimum and maximum sales amounts please exclude special characters such as decimals, thousand separators and/or dollar signs.
